Common questions
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Everything is stored on your phone. Internet is only needed to watch the daily ads, and to sync if you choose to set that up.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app, answer a few questions about your shop, and start selling.
What happens to my data if I lose my phone?
It is on the phone, so it is lost with the phone — unless you have taken a backup. Take backups. The backup file is encrypted and you can restore it on a new phone in a few taps.
Can I use it on two phones at once?
Only if you set up a sync server. Without one, each phone is its own shop.
Which printers work?
Bluetooth thermal printers using standard ESC/POS, which is most 58mm and 80mm receipt printers.
Why do I have to watch ads?
They are what makes the app free. Three short ones a day, after a 14-day ad-free trial. You can always look at your data without watching anything.
Is my GST calculated correctly?
The app produces tax invoices, bills of supply, or no tax document, depending on the registration type you set. It is a tool, not an accountant — check your returns.
