Using the app
DhandhoPOS is provided free of charge by Buildanta for use in running your business. You may use it for as many shops and devices as you like.
Ads
The app is funded by advertising. After an initial ad-free period, watching a small number of short ads each day keeps the app’s editing features available. Viewing your own data does not require watching ads. We may change how many ads are required, and will say so in the app before doing it.
Your data and your responsibility
Your shop’s records are stored on your device and are yours. Taking backups is your responsibility. We have no copy of your data and cannot recover it for you if your device is lost, broken, reset, or the app is uninstalled.
Tax and legal documents
DhandhoPOS can produce GST invoices and other documents based on the settings you enter. Those settings, and the correctness of what is filed, are your responsibility. The app is a tool, not tax advice, and Buildanta is not responsible for tax filed incorrectly.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of faults or available without interruption.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Buildanta is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or business interrupted through use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
